  • *NEW* Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Group

This Canada-wide, online therapy group offers adults a confidential, relational space to explore emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and ways of relating to others as they arise in the group setting.

The group is co-facilitated by two Registered Psychotherapists, Eric Evans, RP, and Annina Schmid, RP.

Group will take place weekly on Zoom from 11am-12:30pm EST on Tuesdays (starting April 7, 2026). Cost is $120 per 90mins meeting / $480 per month.

This group is well suited for adults with previous therapy experience who are interested in ongoing, depth-oriented group psychotherapy.

  • All Groups

Groups are ideal as a supplement to individual therapy.

All groups operate within a harm reduction framework and through a feminist lens.

I explicitly welcome women, men, and members of the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities into my practice.

If you are interested in joining a group, kindly contact me to set up a consultation during which we can assess for mutual fit.
